..Title Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," by adding a new subsection permitting City employees who are bargaining unit members of Fraternal Order of Police, Philadelphia Lodge 5, to authorize payroll deductions for contributions to COPPAC, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §19-203. Payroll Deductions. * * * (15) Payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees who are bargaining unit members of Fraternal Order of Police, Philadelphia Lodge 5 who elect to contribute to the Philadelphia Lodge 5 Political Action Committee, registered as COPPAC.
