..Title To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of the following area of the City: area generally bounded by Tomlinson Road extended, a Railroad Right-of-Way, Bennett Road extended to a Railroad Right-of-Way, and Roosevelt Boulevard. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-103 of The Philadelphia Code, The Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designations of the following areas of the City from Class "G-2" General Industrial to Class "R1-A" Residential: Beginning at a point on the dividing line between Parcels 'C' and 'A' said point being measured North 40 degrees 58 minutes 17 seconds West 1816.788 feet from a point marked with a marble monument on the Northwesterly side of Roosevelt Boulevard (254 feet wide), thence extending South 48 degrees 12 minutes 48 seconds West along the line dividing Parcel 'A' from Parcel 'C', 1335.65 feet to a point; thence extending North 41 degrees 41 minutes 49 seconds West 211.87 feet to a point on the Northwesterly side of Tomlinson Road (80 feet wide); thence extending along the said Northeasterly side of Tomlinson Road on the arc of a circle curving to the right with a radius of 1255.22 feet an arc distance of 110.31 feet to a point; thence extending North 48 degrees 12 minutes 48 seconds East leaving the Northeasterly side of Tomlinson Road 1316.55 feet to a point; thence extending South 40 degrees 58 minutes 17 seconds East 319.68 feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning. Property is as generally shown at Exhibit A. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately. ..End
