..Title Authorizing the Council President to appoint Rosalie Leonard to serve as the Council President's representative on the Philadelphia Historical Commission. ..Body WHEREAS, Paragraph II(13) of the Rules of Council provides that the Council President may, with the approval of Council by resolution, appoint a representative to act in the President's stead at any meetings of any City board, commission or advisory committee of which the President is an ex-officio member and at any meetings of the Board of Directors of a quasi-public agency or public authority of which the President is an ex-officio member; now, therefore, RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That The Council President is hereby authorized to appoint Rosalie Leonard to serve as the Council President's representative on the Philadelphia Historical Commission. ..End 7
