..Title Amending Section 19-1204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Books and Records," and Section 19-1205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Claim Checks and Parking Stickers," by no longer requiring the retention of claim check stubs, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 19. FINANCE, TAXES AND COLLECTIONS. * * * CHAPTER 19-1200. PARKING TAX. * * * § 19-1204. Books and Records. * * * [(b) Copies of all claim checks issued in connection with all transactions for each parking facility.] § 19-1205. Claim Checks and Parking Stickers. * * * (3) All books, records, and daily record sheets [and claim check stubs] shall be retained by each operator for a period of six (6) years subsequent to the year of the transaction. ____________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added.
