..Title Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by prohibiting vendors from within 15 feet of any emergency egress, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City. * * * (10) Prohibited locations. * * * (i) [Reserved] within fifteen (15) feet of any means of egress from a building; * * * _____________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
