..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020429) approved November 13, 2002, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 258 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Brill Street from Torresdale Avenue to Harbison Avenue, by striking from the City Plan and vacating a certain triangular section of Harbison Avenue and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes and gas main purposes, under certain terms and conditions." ..Body WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 020429) approved November 13, 2002, was conditional upon certain requirements being satisfied within one (1) year from the date of approval. WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 030734) approved December 31, 2003, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020429, by extending the compliance period for satisfying the requirements to November 13, 2004. WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 050857) approved December 22, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020429, by extending the compliance period for satisfying the requirements to November 13, 2006. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020429) approved November 13, 2002, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements by [November 13, 2006] November 13, 2008. *** SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00), toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
