..Title Amending Section 9-605 of The Philadelphia Code, related to "Towing," by increasing the fees charged for the licensure of tow trucks involved in towing operation; and making technical changes; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-605 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-600. SERVICE AND OTHER BUSINESSES. * * * §9-605. Towing. * * * (3) Licenses. (a) No person shall engage in the business of towing vehicles unless that person has obtained, for each towing vehicle utilized, a license from the Department of Licenses and Inspections. * * * (b) No license shall be issued unless the applicant: * * * (.5) pays an annual license fee of [fifty ($50)] seventy-five ($75) dollars per vehicle licensed. * * * SECTION 2.
