..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the sidewalk of the west side of the 300 block of South 25th Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-213.
