..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the sidewalk in front of the Wyck House and Garden, located at 6012 through 6040 Germantown Avenue, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-213.
