..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, to terminate and extinguish an easement to a three foot wide alleyway, abutting the rear of several City owned properties located at 2633-2655 West Sedgley Avenue on the northwest side of West Sedgley Avenue and 2113-2121 North 27th Street on east side of North 27th Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of The City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to terminate and extinguish an easement to a three foot wide alleyway, abutting the rear of several City owned properties located at 2633-2655 West Sedgley Avenue on the northwest side of West Sedgley Avenue and 2113-2121 North 27th Street on east side of North 27th Street. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End
