..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund. FROM: 2.50 DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE-SINKING FUND COMMISSION Debt Service $500,000 Total $500,000 Total "FROM" Section $500,000 TO: 2.70 TO THE ZONING CODE COMMISSION Purchase of Services $340,000 Personnel $160,000 Total $500,000 Total "TO" Section $500,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
