..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430) approved November 13, 2002, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 312 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of Jackson Street from Pearson Street to Aubrey Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. ..Body WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430), approved November 13, 2002, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval; WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 040463), approved June 21, 2004, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020430 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements to November 13, 2004; and WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 040917), approved January 25, 2005, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 020430 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements to November 13, 2005. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 020430) approved November 13, 2002, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by November 13, 2005] by November 13, 2009: * * * SECTION 2.
