..Title Authorizing the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work in portions of River Road and Nixon Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenant work, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public sanitary sewers, in the following locations: River Road from the Montgomery County Line to Port Royal Avenue Nixon Street from Port Royal Avenue to approximately 800 feet north of Shawmont Avenue ..End
