..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund from the Council and the Auditing Department to the Department of Human Services and the Auditing Department. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008 within the General Fund: FROM: 2.1 COUNCIL Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes $ 269,000 Total $ 269,000 2.62 AUDITING DEPARTMENT Personal Services $ 400,000 Total $ 400,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 669,000 TO: 2.29 DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES Purchase of Services $ 269,000 Total $ 269,000 2.62 AUDITING DEPARTMENT Purchase of Services $ 336,800 Materials, Supplies and Equipment 63,200 Total $ 400,000 Total "TO" Section $ 669,000 Section 2.
