..Title Amending Bill No. 090213 (approved May 27, 2009), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Fiscal 2010 Capital Budget," by revising and adding certain projects, amounts and sources. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 090213 (approved May 27, 2009) is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1. A Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2010, totaling two billion five-hundred-forty-two million two-hundred-twenty-nine thousand (2,542,229,000) two billion five-hundred-fifty-two million six-hundred-twenty-nine thousand dollars (2,552,629,000), is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2. Exhibit "A" to Bill No. 090213 (approved May 27, 2009) is hereby amended as follows: ..End
