..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2009 within the Aviation Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2009 within the Aviation Fund: FROM: 10.9 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - INDEMNITIES Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes $ 2,001,781 Total $ 2,001,781 Total "FROM" Section $ 2,001,781 TO: 10.8 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services - Employee Benefits $ 2,001,781 Total $ 2,001,781 Total "TO" Section $ 2,001,781 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
