..Title Amending Chapter 19-600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Amusement Tax," to revise the fee for an amusement license, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 19-600 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 19. FINANCE, TAXES AND COLLECTIONS. * * * CHAPTER 19-600. AMUSEMENT TAX. * * * § 19-602. Licenses. * * * (2) No amusement license required under § 19-602(1) shall be issued unless the applicant: * * * (b) Pays an annual license fee of $25.
