..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City to convey 1902 Christian Street, 2038 Pemberton Street, and 2255 Montrose Street, for fair market value, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property on behalf of the City of Philadelphia is hereby authorized to execute and deliver deeds conveying fee simple title to parcels of land with any improvements thereon, located at 1902 Christian Street, 2038 Pemberton Street, and 2255 Montrose Street, and as more specifically described in Exhibit "A," upon the best terms obtainable after appropriate public advertising and the receipt of competitive bids, and at fair market value. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. EXHIBIT "A" 1902 Christian Street ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected. SITUATE on the South side of Christian Street at the distance of 20 feet Westward from the West side of 19th Street in the 30th Ward of the City of Philadelphia. CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Christian Street 18 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Southward between parallel lines at right angles to the said Christian Street 76 feet to a certain 4 feet wide alley. TOGETHER with the free and common use, right, liberty and privilege of the said alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter, forever. BEING NO. 1902 Christian Street 2038 Pemberton Street ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, SITUATE on the South Side of Pemberton Street at the distance of 297' Westward from the West side of Twentieth Street in the Thirtieth Ward of the City of Philadelphia. CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Pemberton Street 15' and extending of that width in length or depth Southward between lines parallel with the said Twentieth Street 50' to a certain 5'6" wide alley which extends Westward into Twenty-first Street. BOUNDED Northward by the said Pemberton Street, Southward by the above-described 5'6" wide alley, and Eastward and Westward by ground now or late of John McCrea. BEING known as No. 2038 Pemberton Street. TOGETHER with the free and common use, right, liberty and privilege the aforesaid alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter, forever. 2255 Montrose Street ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground with the buildings and improvements thereon erected. SITUATE on the corner formed by the intersection of the North side of Montrose Street with the East side of 23rd Street in the 30th Ward of the City of Philadelphia. CONTAINING in front or breadth on the said Montrose Street 16 feet and extending of that width in length or depth Northward 50 feet to a certain 3 feet, 8 1/2 inches wide alley. TOGETHER with the free and common use, right, liberty and privilege of the aforesaid alley as and for a passageway and watercourse at all times hereafter. BEING NO. 2255 Montrose Street. ..End
