..Title Amending Chapter 10-100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Animals," to establish provisions for the reporting of wild raccoons, and to provide for the manner of their abatement, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 10-100 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 10-100. ANIMALS. * * * § 10-106.1. Raccoons. (1) Any person who sees a live raccoon that is at large in any location in the City shall immediately report such raccoon and its location to the Animal Control Agency. (2) Raccoons reported pursuant to subsection (1) shall be abated pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Animal Control Agency. Any such regulations shall contain provisions for the immediate employment of proven, effective, lawful abatement procedures. SECTION 2.
