..Title Authorizing the construction of stormwater and sanitary sewers and appurtenant work in Arendell Avenue from State Road to a point approximately twenty-four feet northwest of James Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 13-402 and 13-403 of The Philadelphia Code, is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of stormwater and sanitary sewers and appurtenant work, in Arendell Avenue from State Road to a point approximately twenty-four (24) feet northwest of James Street. ..End
