..Title Amending Section 17-109 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Local Bidding Preferences," by adjusting the local bidding preference for City contracts, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 17-109 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: § 17-109. Local Bidding Preferences. * * * (5) Award of City Contracts. * * * (d) The amount of the bid preference shall be as follows: * * * (.2) For all bids of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) or less: ten percent (10%); [(.2)] (.3) For all other contracts: five percent (5%). ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
