..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to expand the boundaries of the I-95 Acquisition Corridor, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code ("Old Zoning Code") is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-1600. MISCELLANEOUS * * * §14-1645. I-95 Acquisition Corridor. * * * (2) District Boundaries. For purposes of this Section, the "I-95 Acquisition Corridor" shall include all areas within 200 feet of the PennDOT right-of-way (as that right-of-way may change from time to time) from [the south side of Allegheny Avenue] Rhawn Street to Arch Street. * * * SECTION 2. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, as amended by Bill No. 110845 ("New Zoning Code") and by subsequent amendments to the New Zoning Code, is further amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-900. SIGNS * * * §14-905. Accessory Signs. * * * (11) Regulations Applicable to the I-95 Acquisition Corridor (a) For purposes of this § 14-905(11), the "I-95 Acquisition Corridor shall include all areas within 200 feet of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) right-of-way (as that right-of-way may change from time to time) from [the south side of Allegheny Avenue] Rhawn Street to Arch Street. * * * SECTION 3. Section 1 of this Ordinance shall take effect immediately. SECTION 4.
