..Title Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating previously designated vendor locations in Center City; and by revising and adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City. * * * (8) Vending Locations.
