..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by amending the permissible locations, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (__) The sidewalk and curb lane of the south side of Christian Street from 18th Street for 220 feet east. (__) The sidewalk and curb lane of the south side of Woodland Avenue from 71st Street to 72nd Street. * * * ___________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate matter added. ..End
