..Title To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 18th Street, Wood Street, 19th Street, and Vine Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-106 of The Philadelphia Code, the Philadelphia Zoning Maps are hereby amended by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land within an area bounded by 18th Street, Wood Street, 19th Street, and Vine Street from the existing zoning designation indicated on Map "A" set forth below to the zoning designation indicated on Map "B" set forth below. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately. SECTION 3. It is hereby acknowledged, based upon the letter from the developer and attached hereto as Exhibit A, that 1801 Vine Street Development Partners, LLC shall provide the same wage and benefit standards as defined under Section 17-1300 of the Philadelphia Code, entitled "Philadelphia 21st Century Minimum Wage and Benefit Standard," and shall require every service contract entered into by 1801 Vine Street Development Partners; LLC to have provisions requiring the same standards. ..End
