..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Fairmount avenue and 18th street; Melon street and 15th street; 4th street and Thompson street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Fairmount avenue, both sides, 18th street to 19th street. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday to Friday Except RPP#6/17 SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Melon street, north side, 15th street to Sydenham street. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday to Sunday Except RPP #6 SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: 4th street, both sides, Thompson street to Girard avenue. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Monday to Sunday Except RPP #25 ..End
