..Title Amending Bill No. 140144-A (approved June 19, 2014), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2015-2020 inclusive," as amended by Bill No. 140749 (approved November 12, 2014), by adding and revising certain projects, amounts and sources, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 140144-A (approved June 19, 2014), as amended by Bill No. 140749 (approved November 12, 2014), is hereby amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in bold; matter deleted by amendment is in strikeout): SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2015 to 2020, inclusive, totaling nine billion four-hundred-nine fifteen million eight seven-hundred-six thousand (9,409,806,000 9,415,706,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2.
