..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Sales," to prohibit sidewalk vending on the southern side of Hunting Park Avenue between Stokely and 30th Street to include Bakers Square Center shopping center, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS. * * * § 9-205. Street Vendors. * * * (.376) Southern side of Hunting Park avenue Avenue between Stokely street Street and 24th street 30th Street. SECTION 2.
