..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by amending Section 14-905, entitled "Non Accessory Signs," by authorizing the Director of Finance to create a separate fund for revenue collected by the City with respect to advertising on municipal property, authorizing the disposition of such revenue, and making conforming amendments to any other applicable Sections of The Philadelphia Code, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-900. SIGNS. * * * § 14-905. Non-Accessory Signs. (15) Sign Requirements for Municipal Property. * * * (g) The Director of Finance is authorized (i) to create a separate fund, held by the City of Philadelphia, and to deposit into such fund any revenue collected by the City with respect to advertising signs erected on municipal property and (ii) to provide for the disposition of such funds to the School District of Philadelphia.
