..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on American Street between Girard Avenue and Thompson Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following one-way regulation is hereby established: American Street from Girard Avenue to a point approximately 148 feet south of Thompson Street to be designated one-way northbound. The remainder of the block shall remain two-way. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
