..Title Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," by providing for the reimbursement of filing fees for parking ticket appeals; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-2800. ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF PARKING VIOLATIONS. * * * § 12-2808. Administrative Review. * * * (6) If the appellant appeals the final determination of the Parking Appeals Panel to the Court of Common Pleas, the cost of the filing fee for such appeal shall be borne by the losing party. * * * SECTION 2.
