..Title Amending Chapter 14-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by adding a new Section 14-521, entitled "/STM, St. Mary's Master Plan Overlay," and making other technical changes. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS. * * * § 14-521. /STM, St. Mary's Master Plan Overlay. (1) Purpose. /STM, St. Mary's Master Plan Overlay district is intended to make minor technical changes to the zoning provisions for properties in this area that are subject to an approved Master Plan. (2) Applicability. The provisions of this overlay only apply to properties with an approved Master Plan in the area bounded by Silverwood Street, Gay Street, Baker Street, and Carson Street. (3) Drive Aisle Dimensions. Notwithstanding the provisions in Section 14-803(2)(b), Parking Space and Drive Aisle Dimensions, the minimum aisle width for two-way traffic for a Regular Space - Parallel, Regular Space - 90 degrees, and Compact Parking Spaces shall be 20 ft. * * * SECTION 2.
