..Title Authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by placing on the City Plan an irregularly-shaped area extending along the northerly side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, from Twenty-Second Street to Twenty-Third Street, in order to conform with the lines established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-402 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized to revise the lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 307 by placing on the City Plan an irregularly-shaped area extending along the northerly side of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, from Twenty-Second Street to Twenty-Third Street, as an addition to the right-of-way of said John F. Kennedy Boulevard, in order to conform with the lines established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. ..End
