..Title Revising parking regulations on Spruce Street between South Broad Street and South 2nd Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. All existing parking regulations on Spruce Street between Broad Street and 2nd Street are hereby terminated. SECTION 2. The following parking regulations are hereby established: No Parking Any Time Spruce Street from Broad Street to 2nd Street, South side. 2-Hour Parking 8:00am - 10:00pm Monday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 4 Spruce Street from Broad Street to Juniper Street, excluding turning lane, North side. 2-Hour Parking 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 4 3-Hour Parking 4:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 4 Spruce Street from Juniper Street to 13th Street, North side. 2-Hour Parking 8:00am - 10:00pm Monday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 4 Spruce Street from 13th Street to 9th Street, North side. 2-Hour Parking 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 4 3-Hour Parking 4:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 4 Spruce Street from 9th Street to 8th Street, North side. 2-Hour Parking 8:00am - 10:00pm Monday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 4 and 5 Spruce Street from 8th Street to 6th Street, North side. 2-Hour Parking 8:00am - 6:30pm Monday - Wednesday 8:00am - midnight Thursday - Saturday Except Parking Permit 5 Spruce Street from 6th Street to 2nd Street, North side.
