..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: 16th street and Oxford street; Aspen street and 25th street; Aspen street and 23rd street; Aspen street and 24th street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: 16th street, both sides, Oxford street to Cecil B. Moore avenue. Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM- 11:00 PM Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 17 SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Aspen street, both sides, 25th street to 26th street. Four Hour Parking 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP# 17 SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Aspen street, south side, 23rd street to a point 150 feet east of 23rd street. Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday Except RPP# 17 SECTION 4. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Aspen street, both sides, 24th street to 25th street.
