..Title Amending Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Permit Parking Districts," by amending the boundaries for Permit Parking District 2 and Permit Parking District 31, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS. * * * §12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts. * * * (2) Permit parking districts enumerated. * * * (b) District 2 - West Philadelphia: The area bounded by the south side of Market street on the north; [the tracks of the SEPTA Highspeed Line on the east and south; and] the Cobbs Creek on the west; the north side of Springfield avenue on the south; the east side of 58th street on the southwest; and the Schuylkill River on the east. * * * (af) District 31 - The area bounded by [the east side of 84th street on the west, the north side of Essington avenue on the south, the south side of Woodland avenue on the north, and] the west side of 58th street on the [east] northeast; the south side of Springfield avenue on the north; Cobbs Creek on the west; Darby Creek on the west and south; the north side of Bartram avenue on the south and east; the west side of Essington avenue on the east; the north side of Passyunk avenue to the southeast; and the west side of the Schuylkill River on the northeast. * * * SECTION 2.
