..Title Establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: 45th street and Spruce street; Cedar avenue and 47th street; 34th street and Brandywine street; Farragut street and Walnut street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: 45th street, east side, Spruce street to Locust street. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M. Monday - Friday Except RPP#2 SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Cedar avenue, both sides, 47th street to 48th street. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Monday - Friday Except RPP #2 SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: 34th street, west side, Brandywine street to Spring Garden street. Two-Hour Parking 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP #3 SECTION 4.
