The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Friday Except RPP# 2 Larchwood avenue, both sides, S. 47th street to S. 48th street. SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM Monday - Saturday Except RPP# 2 Larchwood avenue, both sides, S. 59th street to S. 58th street. SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two Hour Parking 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Saturday Except RPP# 3 N. 33rd street, both sides, Spring Garden street to Haverford avenue.
