..Title Establishing a no truck parking regulation on both sides of Milnor Street, from Bleigh Avenue to New State Road. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following no truck parking regulation is hereby established: No Truck Parking Anytime Milnor Street, both sides, from Bleigh Avenue to New State Road. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
