..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 180560) approved July 10, 2018, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 250 by striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portion of Montour Street from Adams Avenue to Foulkrod Street, under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. ..Body WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 180560) approved July 10, 2018 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to extend the timeframe in which such requirements may be met; now, therefore, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 180560) approved July 10, 2018, is hereby further amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by July 10, 2022: * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two-hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one-hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
