..Title Amending Chapter 21-1500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Boards and Commissions - Public Deliberations," to require recording or transcription of certain meetings and provision to the public of access to such recordings and transcriptions; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 21 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 21. MISCELLANEOUS * * * CHAPTER 21-1500. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS - PUBLIC DELIBERATIONS * * * � 21-1503. Recording and Distribution. (1) All Boards and Commissions shall make an electronic recording or prepare a transcript of any meeting that is otherwise open to the public pursuant to the Sunshine Act, 65 P.S. �� 701, et seq. (2) Electronic recordings and transcripts of Board or Commission meetings shall promptly be made available to the public within 10 days, without charge, on a City website associated with the Board or Commission, as well as via other means in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. � 67.101, et seq. * * * SECTION 2.
