..Title Amending various chapters of The Philadelphia Code to address matters related to the availability of feminine hygiene products in City facilities, and making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 6-700 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 6-700. MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF DISTRICT HEALTH CENTERS * * * � 6-710. Availability of Feminine Hygiene Products. (1) Definition. For purposes of this Section, the term "feminine hygiene products" shall mean the tampons and sanitary napkins for use in connection with the menstrual cycle. (2) Availability of feminine hygiene products. District Health Centers shall provide feminine hygiene products to be used at the facility, either by use of a dispenser or to individuals upon their request. * * * SECTION 2. Chapter 15-500 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 15-500. LIBRARIES * * * � 15-502. Availability of Feminine Hygiene Products. (1) Definition. For purposes of this Section, the term "feminine hygiene products" shall mean the tampons and sanitary napkins for use in connection with the menstrual cycle. (2) Availability of feminine hygiene products. Libraries shall provide feminine hygiene products to be used at the facility, either by use of a dispenser or to individuals upon their request. * * * SECTION 3. Chapter 15-700 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 15-700. RECREATION CENTERS * * * � 15-705. Availability of Feminine Hygiene Products. (1) Definition. For purposes of this Section, the term "feminine hygiene products" shall mean the tampons and sanitary napkins for use in connection with the menstrual cycle. (2) Availability of feminine hygiene products.
