..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on certain portions of Paul Street, Meadow Street, Tackawanna Street, Worth Street, Pear Street, Gillingham Street, Josephine Street, Blair Street, and East Montgomery Avenue, and making associated changes to parking regulations within the same limits, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulations are hereby established: (a) Paul Street, between Church Street and Meadow Street, Northbound. (b) Meadow Street, between Frankford Avenue and Tackawanna Street, Eastbound. (c) Tackawanna Street, between Gillingham Street and Church Street, Southbound. (d) Worth Street, between Church Street and Orthodox Street, Northbound. (e) Pear Street, between Tackawanna Street and Mulberry Street, Westbound. (f) Gillingham Street, between Mulberry Street and Worth Street, Eastbound. (g) Josephine Street, between Church Street and Kinsey Street, Northbound. (h) Blair Street, between East Montgomery Avenue and Norris Street, Northbound. (i) East Montgomery Avenue, between Blair Street and Frankford Avenue, Westbound. SECTION 2. All existing parking regulations on the following streets are hereby terminated: Paul Street, between Church Street and Meadow Street, East side. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon replacement of parking signage consistent with this Ordinance. ..End
