..Title Confirming the appointment of Adara L. Combs as Victim Advocate. ..Body WHEREAS, The Office of Victim Advocate was added to the Home Rule Charter in 2020; and WHEREAS, Section 3-214 of the Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council to confirm the appointment of the Victim Advocate; and WHEREAS, Mayor James F. Kenney has nominated Adara L. Combs to be the Victim Advocate; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby confirms the appointment of Adara L. Combs as the Victim Advocate. ..End
