..Title Establishing a two-way regulation on Dupont Street, from the westernmost portion of Baker Street to Smick Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following two-way regulation is hereby established: Dupont Street, from the westernmost portion of Baker Street to Smick Street. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
