..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" to establish Seventh District Overlay District, restrict certain commercial uses and make other related changes, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING * * * CHAPTER 14-500. OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS * * * � 14-545. /SEV, Seventh District Overlay District. (1) Applicability. (a) Seventh District Area. All lots located within District No. 7, as defined in Section 20-501 (Boundaries of Districts). (b) Commercial Review Area. All commercially-zoned lots within the Seventh District Area. (2) Supplemental Use Regulations. ( a) Commercial Review Areas. Notwithstanding the principal uses allowed within the Commercial Review Area, the following uses shall require a Special Exception: (.1) Sundries, Pharmaceuticals, and Convenience Sales. (3) Development Standards. Reserved. (4) Parking. Reserved. (5) Signs. Reserved. (6) Design Standards. Reserved. * * * SECTION 2.
