..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on certain portions of LeCount and Bambrey Streets, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following one-way regulations are hereby established: (a) LeCount Street, between South Street and Bainbridge Street one-way Northbound. (b) Bambrey Street, between South Street and Bainbridge Street one-way Northbound. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
