..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant to PECO Energy Company an easement for the purpose of accessing, installing, maintaining and repairing underground transformers and supporting infrastructure along and adjacent to a portion of the Pennypack Path in and about the area commonly known as 7801 State Road, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to enter into an easement agreement with PECO Energy Company, formerly known as Philadelphia Electric Company, or a related entity, for the purpose of accessing, installing, maintaining and repairing underground transformers and supporting infrastructure along and adjacent to a portion of the Pennypack Path in and about the area commonly known as 7801 State Road. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interest of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End 2
