600 ADDISON ST: YOU HAVE FILED AN APPEAL AGAINST THE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSES AND INSPECTIONS FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ZONING/USE PERMIT #434184. YOU STATE THE REASON FOR THE APPEAL AS FOLLOWS: DEVELOPMENT OF A 6 UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING WOULD ELIMINATE THE PARKING LOT NOW USED FOR 6 CARS OWNED BY RESIDENTS ON LOMBARD STREET AND WOULD CREATE DEMAND FOR PARKING FOR AT LEAST 6 MORE CARS OWNED BY THE RESIDENTS. NO OFF STREET PARKING IS PROVIDED AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL CREATE DEMAND FOR 12 MORE OFF STREET PARKING SPACES. THE MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT IS AN OVERUSE OF THE SITE THAT WILL CREATE UNACCEPTABLE PARKING CONGESTION IN THE NEARBY STREETS.
