THE HISTORICAL VALUES COMMITTEE REPORT May 28, 1968 The Historical Values Committee of the Philadelphia Historical Commission met May 28, 1968. Present were Dr. Nichols, chairman and Dr. Tinkcorn, Historian. The following buildings were considered for certification: 1. Lower Dublin Baptist Church (Old Pennypack Church) founded 1688 - built 1707 - enlarged 1770 - rebuilt 1805. Benjamin Rush buried here. Church at 9550 Bustleton Avenue. 2. 138 W. Highland Avenue 3.
